Is it possible to change the color of a single header icon for a different pages?

I currently have social links for Instagram and Tiktok which look great but due to the color being white it's pretty much invisible on other pages of my website. I need it to be white on the main page because it is visible there. What I need now is to change the color of the TikTok Icon specifically to black for the other pages on my site.

Add to Design > Custom CSS

body:not(.homepage) header#header .icon[aria-label="URL"] {
    filter: invert(1);
    -webkit-filter: invert(1);
}
