Content Link blocks with inconsistent spacing

Good afternoon all

I was wondering if anyone could shed light on how to remove the extra spacing below some (not all) Content Link blocks. I have created two columns and seven rows of these, and two have got additional spacing which means the alignment of the rows is out.

I have attached two screen-capture. One illustrates the problem as described, and the other shows the result of inspecting the element in Chrome. There is definitely spacing being created in this block (and one other, further down) however I can't seem to find any way of removing this.

Any suggestions appreciated.

Hi, Not solved, just rearranged the blocks so that the ones with extra spacing are together. Not able to have the blocks in the order we would like to have them.
