Code not working

I have a code snippet that my developer has working outside of Squarespace but when we bring it in it doesn't work.

The developer is saying this code will work only for this page. If you use this code or section to any other page it will not work. Any ideas?

I can see the code working.

As to whether the code is restricted to the one page or not. I can't say. If you move to code to another page and it doesn't work there then I'd say what the developer is telling you is true.
