Unable to add an additional G suite user via Squarespace

I'm trying to add a user to my GSuite account ( note I can only do this via Squarespace as I purchased the Gsuite package via Squarespace). As soon as I enter the user details, enter my payment details and click to the final review page, the page keeps loading forever and never moves on the the final submit page. See attached screenshot.

Does anybody know why this is happening? Please help.
