How to reduce top and bottom padding in a section?

I have tried this but not working. 

[data-section-id="5e8f4059a780b645bb8468ac"] {
    min-height: 10vh !important;
}
[data-section-id="5e8f4059a780b645bb8468ac"] .content-wrapper {
    padding-top: 2px !important;
    padding-bottom: 2px !important;
}

Seems to work for a #page section but not any section with a specific id, e.g.

#page .content-wrapper {
    padding-top: 0;
    padding-bottom: 0;
}
