Form submission to create a new order

Hi everyone, I am in desperate need of some help. I have an advanced e-commerce subscription for my company and we give out free samples upon request. In this industry, no one will put in a full order without testing it first. The samples are free for the customer so I have created a form that upon submission goes to ShipStation via Zapier to avoid making the customer check out. 

Does anyone know how to custom code so that upon submission the form generates a new order in squarespace?

Open to any and all other suggestions to make this happen.

If the samples are free, potential customers should be able to 'purchase' them through the checkout without providing any payment details. This is probably the easiest way to do this.

It isn't possible to generate a Squarespace order from within the platform without using the checkout. However it is possible to generate an order using the Orders API, but the command will need to be generated off-platform.
