Automated/Self Service Job Board

I need a self service, basic job board solution: Where a employer can submit a job ad, which gets published through a system where an admin needs to proof read. And job seekers can search and apply for jobs.

I don't want to use third-party plugin. If Squarespace has an in-house job board solution I would pay for it.

There is no such thing available yet, you may need to ask user fill in the form and review the submission by yourself

I also need this — would like to be able to have a form submission create a draft blog post, which the website manager can review and publish without having to manually move content around.

Squarespace used to offer a way to add blog posts with a special email address...something like that would work too, as long as they were created as unpublished drafts.
