Searching a Page

Hello,

I'm seeking any advice you may have.  

I am trying to build a new site and added the search to the site but it only finds the main page names but nothing in the site itself.  For example, if I have a page called Cars with sections inside he page called Ford, Chevy, Dodge, the search will only return Cars and not find Ford, Chevy, Dodge if I search for these.

Any ideas?
