Embed Code - How to add specific URLs?

Hello,

I am using the below script to embed job postings onto the mdclone.com/careers page. When a specific job position is clicked, the url does not change (because its embedded, pulling from Comeet's platform). Is there a way to add a piece of code to make that url change to mdclone.com/careers/specific-job-posting rather than just mdclone.com/careers for every job posting?
