Culling Email Lists

Is there any way to identify which people on an email list aren't opening the emails and then delete them? I average about the same number of people who open the emails, but there are a bunch who have never opened them but who also don't unsubscribe. If somebody has received over a dozen emails and they don't open one, they probably never will and it would be better to remove them. Thanks! Best, Dan
