Extra padding to the right of all content—potentially related to sticky nav?

Still learning all this stuff and slowly chugging along with this. My problem right now is that after the site loads, you can scroll to the right and this extra padding will appear. I'm not sure what's causing this issue, though I'm assuming it's related to the styling I've applied to the header. Any ideas?
