Headline photo displaying differently on mobile

How can I get the gift on my homepage headline photo to display on mobile and not the center of the photo itself? It's not technically displaying differently on mobile, just not where I want the the focus to be on the picture on mobile.

Yes I do,  Id like to leave it as is on desktop version but show the gift within the image on mobile, if possible.
