Changing home page banner height Hayden

Hello, I am trying to figure out how to make the height of this banner bigger so the top of the person's head is not cut off! It used to be fine, and I played around with code at one point trying to fix something on the events pages banners, and then this happened and I have no idea how to fix it! I tried a couple of bits of code on the page that I found in this forum, but no luck. Thanks in advance for assistance! This is how it used to look, and how it looks in page settings:
