Subscription as an option?

It isn't practical to do this on Squarespace unless you only plan to sell one product. You'd need to use an alternative platform to do this.

To explain further, you could use some code (or a plugin) to offer "Buy Now" and "Subscribe and Save" options on the same page, but Squarespace does not allow Subscription products to be added to the cart, or to be checked out with other products. As soon as a customer adds a subscription product, they'll be forced to checkout with just that one product. There's nothing you can do to change this behaviour, it requires Squarespace teams to add this feature.
