Disable annoying image pre- text

For some reason, whenever I try to make an image card now, I get this text in the subject and body:

"Make it stand out"

"Whatever it is, the way you tell your story online can make all the difference."

Used to be I could click on it and just type and it disappeared. Now, it just stays and I end up typing something like this:

"Whatever it is, the way you OOPS LOOKS AT THIS tell your story online can make all the difference."

Is there anyway to disable this annoying prompt? Thanks
