Button size changing after full page load?

Hi,

The buttons on my site are too small.  When the site initially loads, they are nice and large, then when it completely loads, they change size.  Customer Service says this may be due to using too much CSS, but I've removed all of the CSS and am still having the same issue.  Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
