Guest Posted May 12, 2021 Posted May 12, 2021 I am trying to set-up my store to offer both unitary sales and a subscription option (buy every 2 months) for most of my products. It seems like I can only do one or the other, not both under same product item, which is super frustrating. Ideally, I don't want to have to duplicate my product list and have the subscription option separate. Am I missing something? Is there a workaround? Would really appreciate any insight!
Kaeyla Posted June 23, 2021 Posted June 23, 2021 I'm having to duplicate each product and separating them in the categories by tagging the subscriptions was subscription and the other products as "coffee". It's for a coffee company.

These products listed separately because the Squarespace checkout isn't capable of processing orders for subscription products at the same time as other products. You could use code to create a product page with subscription and buy now options, but as soon as the customer tries to add the subscription product to the cart they'll be taken straight to the checkout. They won't be able to add other products. Me: I'm Paul, a SQSP user for >18 yrs & Circle Leader since 2017. I value honesty, transparency, diversity and good design ♥. Work: Founder of SF.DIGITAL.
