Remove 'add to cart' button from one shop only

Hi there, I tried to use someone else's custom code to do this but it didn't work - it removed from both (new collection shop is not linked currently). Would someone be kind enough to show me how to remove Add to Cart from the above 'Archive' page but not from all shops. I want to have an active shop and an archive where the Add to Cart button is no longer visible. 

Any help gratefully received!
