Instagram Feed Won't Automatically Update

Launched my client's site in September 2020.  The Instagram feed in the footer won't automatically update.  
I've noticed this on other client's websites and my own website too.  We have to re login to the exact same account nearly every month. Is there a setting or code that I can add so that it automatically updates?

Squarespace don't track issues that are posted on the forum. If you haven't already done so, I recommend that you contact Squarespace Customer Care to report the problems you are experiencing with the Instagram Block. 

Same issue here.
Also, reels featured on feed won't show up either (but I'm way more concerned about the lack of block updating)

I think this looks like  a technical issue. Would be good to contact their team.

I have had my Instagram linked onto my website for months now, however recently it decided to stop showing my brand's images and not connect anymore. Not sure why this is not showing my feed anymore?
