Changing colour of header navigation on one section using section ID

Struggling to change the colour of the three navigation pages in my header on the top section of my homepage only. 🤯 Using this code and having no success:

[data-section-id="6014371da2117e3eec3b40bd"] { .header-nav-list a {
    color: red !important; 
}
}

Any ideas?

Go to your Pages and click Home > Page Settings > Advanced and Paste this code:

<style>.header-nav-item a {
    color: red !important; 
}</style>

Unfortunately not! Thanks for trying though.

I'm only looking to change it on the first section (image background) then have it change to another colour as you scroll down the rest of the page.
