Wells template: change the font style of the image title

Hi. 

I'm in the process of updating my site and am working on a version with a new template (Wells). This version is not yet public.

In the image galleries, the "image title" is bold (see screenshot). How can I set that to regular? And all-caps?

I checked Well demo, however it don't have title, so we can't check.

I think it is an option in Site Styles

or add this to Design > Custom CSS

/* Image title */
.image-title * {
    font-weight: normal;
}
