Create navigation menu directly beneath header?

Has anyone created something similar in Squarespace? Client wants this specific look for the navigation items (header above with info and nav menu beneath) — ideas?

Or you can add a Text Block in Footer >> Add Menu Links >> We can move it to under header

If you want menu + dropdown, we can use Code Block in Footer >> then move it under header
