Move social links to the bottom left corner (vertical position)

Hi! 

I'm struggling making the website as I designed it and I was wondering if someone could help me here. 

I'd like to move the social links from the header to the bottom left of the page. I'd like them to be vertical and with a line just beneath them. I did my best to move them trying both with CSS and adding a code in the homepage (you can see them both for now..). The main problems are: the vertical line disappears if I go to any other page + the social links move when I resize the page (I'd like them to stay still on the vertical line..the line doesn't move when I'm resizing the page). 

I'm working on a 7.1 version.

The image shows how I'd like the homepage to be.

I would really appreciate if anyone could help me with this.

Hi

Not really..I managed to move them there, but when I resize the page the social move around while the vertical line stays in the place where it should be (the social links even when resizing should keep their position on the vertical line aligned with it)

Do you have any idea on how to keep them aligned with le line even when resizing?
