How to change background color on specific page.

Does anyone know how to change the background color on a specific page? I'm using Adversary in the Marquee family, now discontinued. I'd like to change the collor of the film page/landing page to black. Here is a link to my website: http://www.studiomartinson.com/

To change the background of a specific page, you can use Custom CSS.

In your case you can use the following:

#collection-5576cc17e4b0c16ac870e3c9 {
background-color: black;
}

Thanks for the help, but that didn't work. Don't you need to enter the color value? "Black" doesn't mean much to a computer. 

Also, would it be in the Custom CSS section of the design settings, or in the Advanced section of the specific page content?

The code posted is most likely meant to be put in Design > Custom CSS. If you want to put it in Page Settings > Advanced > Page Header Code Injection for a page or a code block on the page then wrap it in a style tag.
