lh-design-07 Posted May 4, 2021 Posted May 4, 2021 We're at the end stages with a client, with a fully built e-commerce store and just at the stage of populating it with products - everything else is complete. At the beginning they were happy with using Stripe and PayPal via Squarespace so we went ahead and built the website. A few months down the line, the company has been taken over mid-website and the new owner now wants to use WorldPay, which was not discussed at the beginning of the project. Has anyone got any success with integrating Squarespace with WorldPay / is it even possible? We have done research from our side and it's not looking as positive as I would like it to! Any help would be fully appreciated - thank you!!

You may want to integrate Shopify buy button on Squarespace to support more payment method, BeyondSpace - Squarespace Website Developer 🖼️ Lightbox Studio (Pinch/Zoom images, videos - PDFs Lightbox - ...) </> 🗓️ Delivery Date Picker (Date picker form field) Gallery block 7.1 workaround </> 🤖 Ask me anything

That's not an easy situation to manage 😬 It is NOT possible to integrate any other payment methods into Squarespace Commerce, so they have three choices: Reconsider using Stripe. Build the site again on a platform that supports WorldPay Compromise by using another Commerce platform that accepts WorldPay and embed it into the Squarespace site that you've already created. For example Shopify directly supports WorldPay payments in many countries. As I say, it's a compromise so it is not ideal. The client will be using the third-party inventory management, payment, shipping options and notifications instead of the ones built into Squarespace. For example, if they use Shopify Buy Buttons, they will use Shopify to process payments through WorldPay, use Shopify's shipping options and so on. I hope this helps. Thanks Paul - your response was really helpful! Building the site again definitely wasn't an option for us or them - we've been going since January. They have cancelled their WorldPay contract within the 14 day period and we can breathe a little easier now! sayreambrosio and paul2009 2
Howdwil Posted January 11 Posted January 11 Has this situation improved? Is Worldpay getting anywhere nearer to being accepted?
