Facebook comment tool

Hi, 

I'm following the step by step guide by Facebook (link) to add comments to a page. 

I think I got the process right by following Squarespace guide (link) as well, but the comment box is not displaying at all.  All I'm getting is the actual code on screen but nothing else.

Any suggestion?
