Setting Up Email in Google Workspace

I have had a difficult time understanding what I need to do to correctly set up an email account in Google Workplace. for nathangrooms.com. There is something about the CName that they keep saying but it's over my head. I was wondering if someone could direct me through the steps to take to get the email set up.
