adding content to existing pages

I have used the squarespace design features to create a Team page which shows a picture on the left and some text about the person on the right. There are various options on set up but I chose this two-column format. It works really beautifully. 

However, the problem I have is how to add a member to the team. So I added two members originally. When I come to add the third member it is more of a manual process. I can insert an image and insert text. But i can't replicate the layout of the original two team members. The only way around this, I have found, is to delete the page and create a new one. But this is not optimal of course. 

I am somewhat familiar with the design features; so you can add an image and choose whether there it is inline etc. But what would be really helpful would be if I could just copy the previous member's image and text and then edit that so that the layout would be exactly the same. 

I hope this makes sense. You can see the problem in the web page I linked to. Am I missing something obvious? Or is there a really easy tutorial for this sort of thing?

Any help would be appreciated.

I have a similar problem as the original poster. I've added a Team layout page with 2 columns to my Harris layout-based page, but I'm having trouble adding content to the three existing placeholders for team members. Can you please help me? My URL is https://sensus.team/team, password 1234team.

Add to Design > Custom CSS

Hi again, and thanks so much for your reply. Unfortunately, no, that didn't work. Or maybe I'm doing something wrong. Let me explain: every picture is this page has a text field on the right. The text field seems to be "anchored" (sorry, I'm not familiar with the terminology) to the picture, such that even when the text runs long, it doesn't cut into the next picture. See for example the text field on the right of the second photo (captioned "Selene Báez") starting with the words "Selene Báez." Now the following picture ("Claudia Nájera") doesn't behave like this with the next picture, which I added manually ("Carlos Chávez"). As a matter of fact, I can't even add a text field next to the last picture following the same pattern. Any ideas as to where I might be wrong?
