Split screen design: Links on left side, results appear on right side

I'm trying to recreate this feature on my Squarespace site. 

A list of links show on the left side and when clicked, the results appear on the right side (I will worry about the drop down feature later).

Hi. Right side is text only or accordion?

It's an accordion that changes with every option on the left.
Like General has it's own set of items in the accordion, Orders & Shipping have it's own set, etc.

I meant, in screenshot, right side contains accordion.

You want do same as screenshot, or right site contain text only, no accordion.
