Incorrect Mobile ordering on 3 column x 2 row grid text box

I had some trouble having the correct ordering appear on both desktop and mobile. Skip to the How It Works part of the homepage. 

So as you can see, things are correctly ordered on the homepage but incorrectly ordered on mobile. Mobile goes part 1., part 4. part 2. ect. I've been playing with it to get it to work on mobile(as thats more important for our site) 

Is there anyway to get it to be the correct order on both of the sites? Haven't been able to find anything online for 7.1

Hi. You need to adjust layout a bit

First, create text box 1, 2, 3

Next, add a Line Block

Next, text box 4, 5, 6

Next, remove Line Block

Then check again on the mobile.
