Add-on items on cart page (before checkout)

Hi there – 

I'm looking to have a "add-on items" section to my cart page. (example, gift wrap, best seller ect.).
Specifically, I would like a grid of a single category or tag to display under "checkout".

Hi. You can add it to Footer, then let me know. We can give the code to move it from Footer to Cart page, like screenshot position.

It's an option, but I don't recommend it because even if you hide it from users on other pages, the content that you've added to the footer will be loaded with every page, affecting page loading performance.
