Left side main nav on 7.1

Is it possible to move the main nav to the left side and create a slide-out sub menu like this website: https://jamescoffeeco.com/

I don't have a site up and running yet, I just want to know if it is possible on 7.1 before I get started.

I don't remember site url. There is however a course available on this. I signed up almost half a year ago.
