Plugin Roadblocks

I'm trying to put in a plugin on my website and it's not showing up. I reached out to Squarespace help and they said this: 

Thank you for your patience. I can see that the code is using iframe, and has been added to a Code Block. I can also confirm that your site is on a plan that supports Premium Code Block features, like iframe.

Please note that we here at Squarespace Customer Support are unable to offer assistance or troubleshooting for custom code modifications or additions due to their complex nature. In addition, custom code modifications may cause unwanted results when interacting with our platform, templates, or updates we release.

I am unsure what they are talking about and would love some help. 

I'll attach what is happening to the plugin when put on the website.
