CSS code for sticky text box on scrolling

Hi,

I'm an illustrator and on my site I'd like to have a static text box while the project scrolls seamlessly at the side. I'm happy for this to be on the left or right. I've tried to look on previous answered questions but it doesn't seem to be working for my setup. Can someone please take a look/advise me on what code injection I need in my CSS?
