Announcement bar -not- full width

I need help with my announcement bar. I don't want the bar full width. I like it in the same width like the rest of the website.

Is there any code you could offer me, please?

Add to Design > Custom CSS

Where did you add the code? 

I put it at Add to Design > Custom CSS
