Facebook Chat Plugin not displaying Welcome Message or FAQs

Hello all. I just installed the Facebook Chat Plugin on my Squarespace site. I followed the Set-Up instructions from Facebook exactly. The welcome message and FAQs, however, are not automatically sending to guests when they open up the chat. The two-way message functions as it should, but the automatic welcome/FAQ is not working.

I've tried on Chrome and Safari and with an incognito tab to no avail. I even re-pasted the code into the footer and de-activated the welcome/FAQ messages in Facebook and reactivated them as well. 

Screenshots attached of my webpage with the blank message box and the Facebook tab showing the Welcome Message and FAQ options enabled.

Any other things I can try? I haven't found any other forums on this particular issue with Facebook Chat on the web.

I've used the Facebook chat plugin on multiple Squarespace 7.0 websites, but it's not working on a 7.1 one. Wondering if this is an issue with the new version? It would be lovely to get someone from SS corporate to chime in!

Did anyone get to the bottom of this? I'm having the same issue at www.swhealthcare.org.uk - window is popping up but instant replies to FAQs aren't working...
