Does Scheduling create class lists?

I am looking into changing to Squarespace Scheduling to allow clients to book workshops on my site.  I currently just have been creating my workshops as products but it is inconvenient because I have to then collect all the clients data (name, medical issues, phone number from their booking form and put it in an excel sheet. 

I would like to know if scheduling will create a class list of people who have booked into a workshop (via Scheduling) along with their information they have provided?
