Changing "Account" After Logging into Members Area to a Different Name

I have set up a Members Area on my website. I selected the option to put the member navigation menu in the Customer Account Panel. When a member logs in, the "login" selection in the header is replaced with "account" where members can access the members area pages via the side panel.

How can I make it so that after a member logs in it displays "The Thinkers' Forum" where it normally says "account"?
