Showing Mobile Hamburger Menu on Desktop (7.0/Rally)

I am trying to add a hamburger menu on the desktop version of my website. Is there a way to force the mobile hamburger menu to show on desktop?

Unfortunately, I don’t have the Mobile Breakpoint style option.
