Hearder video not playing when loading the page but it does when clicking 'home' button. Squarespace Basil template 7.0.

Hello,

I have added a video in the header banner and this doesn't play when entering to the website. It only plays when hitting 'home' button. How can I do it so the video plays when the site loads for the first time?  I have added the video by pasting the URL on the media section in the banner.
