Can anyone help with removing the padding around the Newsletter Block?

Hi, I am using the Newsletter Block in my footer, i removed the description and the empty space from this is showing. I don't know if its possible but I would like to remove that space so the Newsletter Block moves up!

@bangank36 That looks exactly how I was imaging, but once I posted the code into CSS it didn't work, sorry to be a pain, do you have any advice? - thanks, Karl

Try to add !important before ; of 2 lines
