Disable Image Download on Android Browsers?

I found a piece of code posted by jcuvdb to prevent image downloading on IOS devices, but it has no effect on android devices.

Is there a way to disable the functionality on Android browsers where a user can press and hold an image and bring up a "save image" popup dialog?

Any help would be much appreciated.

Also I am happy to pay if it works.
