Customizing Page banner with anchor links

Hey everyone,

Coming here as my second attempt to figure out how to customize my site without using the pesky navigation bar.

My goal is to setup a one page style website, using anchor links. As per the article, it cannot be done on navigation buttons.

I would like to setup text or buttons on the banner section but I do not see anyway to add it over top of the picture.

Can anyone help me here?

Page slugs and anchor links

We recommend adding the URL and page slug before the unique ID in most cases. If an anchor link doesn't have the page slug, it won't work:

• In Internet Explorer
• If your link is a navigation link
• If you're linking to another page
