How to make a single letter a different color (7.1)

Hello,

My client wants the inverted red exclamation mark in her logo to also be also be RED in the text on the page. How can I make this happen? I haven't done this type of tweek in v7.1 yet but I've coded something similar using blocks or something but I'm not seeing that option on 7.1???
