How to make the videos to play on my mobile and also how to resize image on the banner so it doesn't cut half of the image

Hello,

I was wondering how see my videos on my mobile as when I go on the site from my mobile it only shows my brand photo.

Also, how can adjust or resize my banner image so the image its displayed full and not cut in half or cut in a way its not displayed properly?

I would really appreciate your help..
