Help with creating a conditional cascading dropdown menu

Hello everyone, 
I'm trying to create an easy journey for our customers by creating a few "select boxes" with conditional dropdown menu that leads to a different call-to-action depending on what they selected. 
so something like this: select condition 1 -> condition 1.1 -> condition 1.1.1 -> call-to-action

yes, this seems to be what I'm looking for too. How is it injected to Squarespace? I would like to add these conditional cascading menus to my online store. thanks
