How can I change my title/header?

Hi, I have set up my site using the Ventura template but when I look at my front page I think it looks bland and uninspiring. The Site title text doesn't work with the header and the difference in font sizes looks a little jarring. Is there anything I can do to change the layout of my site title other than what's available to me in the settings wheel? 

I would really appreciate a fresh pair of eyes and maybe some suggestions on what I can do to improve this area (or any area!) Happy to go away and google how to do something or put the time in, I am just a little stuck on the best thing to do to make this area more professional and less like I did it myself! 

Adjust the header vertical padding as low as possible. Edit the section with the title and set the height for small. Those two things will help reduce the space. Enlarge your logo as well.

1. (Mobile-Popup) Background image lost.

2. (Mobile-Footer) Reduce space between About – Contact?

3. (Tablet-Footer) Increase first text column width?

4. (Products) Show breadcrumb on top of products?
