Linking text to a specific spot on another page

I have created an index page that outlines the different "design build" services I am offering. My goal is under the navigation title "services" to create linked text that takes customers to the specific service within the "design and build" index page. I have tried to explain this visually below.

Hello, Thanks for your answer. Unfortunately, this only works if you are linking to content on the same page. I am trying to link content on different pages. Any idea how to do that?

No. It works on same page & differrent page.

Suppose you want to link to #branding services on services page with url /services, you can use this anchor link

/services#branding
