Lowering the top of Dropdown menu

I have been editing my header and dropdown menu, creating a transparent background for each. The problem is that the transparencies overlap.  Is there any coding that can lower the dropdown menu so that it begins under the header?

1. (Mobile-Footer) Reduce space between give-get involved?

2. (Overlay Menu) Show header here?

3. (Who we are) You haven’t changed SEO Title so browser tab name still shows “About 3”

4. (Tablet-Who we are) Huge white spacing

5. (Leadership) Browser tab name still shows “General 4”

6. (Mobile-Leadership) Change to 2 images/row?

7. (Services Times) Browser tab name shows “General 2”
