Is it even possible to recreate this 7.0 layout in 7.1?

Here's a link to my 7.0 page, I'm trying to figure out if it's possible to create this same layout in 7.1.

Elements:

Text above gallery block with two different font weights in one block.

Image gallery closely nested below text above.

Some sort of clickable thumbnail or dot to navigate images in gallery

Text below nested closely to gallery above.

I don't think so as Squarespace thought it'd be a great idea to remove the gallery block from 7.1 so you can't put a photo gallery in a regular section with text/buttons right beside it...you have to have a "gallery section" that you can't really put text in.

The template family that includes Marquee has been discontinued as far a support and updates. I suggest you switch to Brine, which was the inspiration for 7.1 and use a template in that family. Here is the support information about making this change from any member of the Marquee family of templates. Unlike moving to 7.1 switching to the Bine family or other 7.0 templates is a  7.0  built in option.
